🤖 Can I create any image?
Yes, as long as your creation complies with our usage guidelines. At Pakomode, we encourage creative freedom, but within a responsible framework.
Hateful, violent, discriminatory, or sexually explicit images are not permitted. Furthermore, for legal reasons, you may not generate images depicting famous people, brand logos, copyrighted works, or any other material subject to image rights or intellectual property rights.
🎨 And the AI image, will it really be the way I want it?
You write your idea → our AI transforms it into a realistic image. You preview your design before purchasing to validate or modify it.
However, it is important to note that colors may appear different on a real product than what you see on your computer screen.
👕 What is the quality of the products?
At Pakomode, quality is at the heart of everything we create.
Each product is made to order with particular care on the textile and printing.
The result: vibrant colors, precise details, and a rendering faithful to the image generated by AI, without a plasticky effect.
🌱 What type of ink do we use?
For all our garments (DTG printing), we use Kornit and NeoPigment water- based inks, certified Oeko-Tex™ . This guarantees their safety, while reducing the environmental impact. These inks also offer excellent wash resistance.
For sublimation products, we use several inks that are also Oeko-Tex™ certified:
- Mimaki Dye Sublimation Sb411
- Sawgrass SubliJet HD
- MYSUBLI-E (transfer ink for sublimation)
For phone cases, we use Mimaki UV Inkjet Ink Lus 120 , GREENGUARD Gold certified, recognized for its low emission of harmful substances, suitable for interior decoration materials.
Our posters are printed with Epson UltraChrome GS3 ink, also GREENGUARD Gold certified.
😌 Why does my clothes smell like vinegar?
When you unbox your sublime creation, you may sometimes notice a slight vinegary smell or a white residue. Don't worry, this is completely normal.
This is due to a fixing agent (also called pre-treatment) applied before printing to ensure the ink adheres well to the fabric. This process is used for all digitally printed garments.
A quick wash is enough to remove the odor and residue. After that, your garment is ready to wear!
📏 What size should I choose?
You can find the size guide directly in our product sheets.
🧼 How do I wash my product?
To preserve the print, wash the garment inside out, cold (30°C), on a delicate cycle with a mild detergent.
Avoid fabric softener, bleach (even non-chlorine), dry cleaning and tumble drying to prevent fading, shrinkage or alteration of the pattern.
Never iron directly on the visual.
📦 What are the delivery times?
Most orders are delivered within 3 to 9 business days. Delivery times vary depending on the product type, delivery country, and carrier selected. You will be provided with an estimated delivery time before your order is confirmed.
Every order is shipped with a tracking number. If you do not receive a shipping email within 5 business days, please contact us.

🔁 Can I return a product?
You have 14 days after receiving your order to request an exchange or refund. Write to us and we'll provide you with the address of the nearest warehouse.
Items must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, and undamaged. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, but shipping the exchanged item is free.
For added security, consider using a trackable carrier.
❌ Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. After a few hours, the item is usually already being printed, and it will no longer be possible to interrupt it. In this case, you will still receive your order, and you will need to return it to us so we can process your refund.
🙈 My item is damaged, what should I do?
It's rare, but it can happen: a poorly sewn seam or a design that fades after the first wash. If this happens, send us a photo and we'll send you a new item, free of charge.
